Peel City Seniors receive their First Drop of Spirituality

Senior Tamils Society of Peel invited Isha Toronto to offer Isha Kriya for its members. The session was conducted on April 7, 2012 and the hall was full just before the scheduled time. The members were eager to learn about Isha Foundation and its founder Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev. It was an amazing sight with 55 Seniors becoming meditative at one go - their first experience of this sort.

The new meditators were deeply touched and they said it was an experience of a lifetime.
The President approached Isha volunteers after the session and shared that they haven't seen their members this happy, quiet and peaceful ever. This has inspired them so much that the president invited the volunteers for future sessions as well.

Isha Kriya truly made difference to those that attended the session. Sadhguru's vision of "One drop of Spirituality" has taken an important step here in Toronto. Thank you all the volunteers that came out to make this available to the members of Senior Tamils Society of Peel.

If you would like to extend this possibility in your community, please write to us at: "toronto AT ishafoundation DOT org"
